How does it work?

You complete the self-paced eLearning, then attend the two Zoom workshop sessions on the following dates:

#1: Monday 14th February 10.00am – 12.30pm

#2: Tuesday 15th February 10.00am – 12.30pm

+ Mental Health First Aid Manual (posted to participant)

+ Online Workshop #1 (2.5 hours, via Zoom)
