How does it work?

You complete the self-paced eLearning, then attend the two Zoom workshop sessions on the following dates:

#1: Monday 26th July 9.30am – 12pm

#2: Tuesday 27th July 9.30am – 12pm

Course includes:

+ Mental Health First Aid Manual (posted out directly)

+ Self-Paced eLearning (5-7hours)

+ Online Workshop #1 (2.5 hours, via Zoom)

+ Online Workshop #2 (2.5 hours, via Zoom)

+ Certificate of Accreditation (valid for 3 years)

Register now to learn practical first aid skills for mental health. Equip yourself with the tools and learn how to assist adults who are developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem, or in a mental health crisis, until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves. This course is based on guidelines developed through the expert consensus of people with lived experience of mental health problems and professionals.
