I attended the Mental Health First Aid Sessions and found it to be an invaluable course to give managers and first responders the tools they need to provide immediate care to employees experiencing mental illness in the Workplace. As a Human Resources Director this is a very important skillset in 2021 due to changing work environments in the Pandemic.

I have been attending first aid classes for 20 years and have never felt confident in carrying out CPR or first aid as the classes are rushed to cover all topics. I have been to two of Remedy First Aid training courses, and I can honestly say that Hayley from Remedy First Aid Training is the only person to deliver the training in such a way that when you leave, you are totally confident in what you have been taught/shown, especially using a defibrillator. It's such a shame that all first aid classes are not taught the same way. Thank you Hayley, as I told you, I really feel confident in my ability to use a defib. Hopefully I will never need to though! I will definitely de recommending this company. Sue

Updating my first aid licence was made an easy/smooth process though Remedy First Aid Training. From the online theory portion through to the practical portion delivered by Hayley. Remedy had all Covid-19 safety procedures in place which gave me great peace of mind. I highly recommend this First Aid training institute and have already recommended Remedy to the GP’s I work for.

I recently completed CPR and Remedy First Aid Training. I have attended a number of First Aid Training in services now and this was far my best experience. Your wealth of knowledge, everyday life skills and handy little hints made me complete this training walking away feeling more confident in my own ability which is a wonderful feeling in being able to help someone. I've been to a number of first aid courses and Remedy Fist Aid Training has been my best experience by far. The 'hands on' learning is underpinned by relevant and enageing online theory modules. Hayley's approach is extremely professional whilst creating a supportive and collegial atmosphere. It was the only first aid course that I have actually enjoyed.

I recently completed CPR training with Remedy First Aid Training - it was weird with the "no contact" COVID protocols in place but very professional. The content was informative and kept it interesting even though I have done CPR and First Aid Training many times before.Care was taken to make sure that we were safe (Social distancing) but still got full value of the training package.
