How does it work?

You complete the self-paced eLearning, then attend the two Zoom workshop sessions on the following dates:

#1: Thursday 24th March 2.00pm – 4.30pm

#2: Friday 25th March 2.00pm – 4.30pm

Course includes:

+ Mental Health First Aid Manual (posted to participant)

+ Self-Paced eLearning (5-7hours)

+ Online Workshop #1 (2.5 hours, via Zoom)

+ Online Workshop #2 (2.5 hours, via Zoom)

+ Certificate of Accreditation (valid for 3 years)
